In the Ottoman Empire, sultans are said to have given this ring to their wives or concubines. If a woman wanted to remove the ring in the sultan's absence, it would immediately fall apart into many individual pieces – almost impossible to put back together unless you knew the secret. The sultan would then know right away whether his wife had been faithful… or not.

Another story says that traders used the ring as a kind of “portable treasure chest.” Secret messages could be hidden between the pieces. Anyone who opened the ring out of curiosity would take it apart completely – and only the owner knew how to put it back together.

Rücksendung und Rückerstattung
Sie haben das Recht, eine Bestellung bis zu 14 Tagen nach Erhalt an koompliments.ch zurückzusenden. Die Ware muss also innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt unbeschädigt und vollständig an uns zurückgeschickt werden.
Bei Rücksendungen von Bestellungen gehen die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung zu Lasten des Kunden, sofern kein Verschulden von koompliments.ch besteht. Dies gilt ebenfalls bei Stornierungen bevor die Ware bei Ihnen angekommen ist, wenn die Lieferung nicht mehr gestoppt werden kann.
Bei einer Retoure werden in jedem Fall CHF 4.90 für die Sendung von der Gesamtrückerstattung abgezogen (CHF 7.90 bei Sendungen ins Ausland). Daher sind die Versandkosten nicht erstattungsfähig.
