Jewelry made from real leaves and flowers
An olive leaf, a rose leaf, a sprig of jasmine, a shell: every piece in this collection comes from Mother Nature Jewelry, a small workshop in Greece that makes jewelry from real plants. The leaf or flower serves as the model and its shape is transferred into metal, so every vein and every irregularity is preserved. What you hold in your hand is a piece of silver jewelry, not a flower set in resin.
Because every plant has grown differently, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Material
Most pieces are made of 925 sterling silver, some of recycled silver. There are also gold versions. The product page tells you whether it is gold-plated silver or another finish.
The motifs
- Olive leaf as a ring, studs, hoops and necklace. In Greece, the olive branch stands for peace and protection.
- Rose leaf as a fine necklace or adjustable bracelet.
- Jasmine, lily of the valley, mimosa and vine leaf as rings and earrings.
- Shells as necklaces, rings and earrings, some with a pearl.
Care
Silver tarnishes over time. With these pieces that often looks lovely, because it brings out the structure of the leaf. If you prefer them bright, a silver polishing cloth is enough. Clean gold-plated pieces only with a soft, dry cloth. More tips in our jewelry care guide.
