Shipping policy

Delivery time:

Usually within 3-14 working days (after receipt of payment).

Most of our products, especially the handmade jewelry, are usually delivered within 3 working days. For certain items that are temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 14 days or longer.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event that we make a partial delivery, we will endeavour to dispatch the remainder of the order as quickly as possible and without any shipping costs.

Shipping costs Switzerland, Lichtenstein.
Free for orders over CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.

Rest of the world:
Otherwise CHF 7.90.

Please note that customs duties and other costs may arise for shipments abroad. We are not responsible for these costs and they are to be borne by the buyer.
