Shipping policy

Delivery time:

As a rule, within 3-14 working days (after receipt of payment).

Most of our products, especially the handmade jewellery pieces, are generally delivered within 3 working days. For certain items that are temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 14 days or longer.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of a partial delivery made by us, we endeavour to send the remainder of the order as quickly as possible and without shipping costs .

Shipping costs Switzerland, Lichtenstein.
Free from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.

Rest of the world:
Otherwise CHF 7.90.

Please note that customs duties and other costs may arise for shipments abroad. We are not responsible for these costs; they are to be borne by the buyer.
