Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the use of koompliments.ch and all related legal relationships.
Delivery time:
Shipping costs Switzerland, Lichtenstein
Free for orders over CHF 69.00Otherwise CHF 4.90.
Rest of the world:
Otherwise CHF 7.90.
Please note that customs duties and other costs may apply for shipments abroadWe are not responsible for these costs and they are to be borne by the buyer.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete or cannot be delivered during normal business hours, koompliments.ch assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the productWe reserve the right to terminate the contract if delivery fails twiceIn this case, any payments you have already made will be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred.
Koompliments.ch assumes no liability for theft, loss or any damage to a package after proper shipping.
In case of force majeure, the delivery period will be extended accordinglyForce majeure includes in particular pandemics, strikes, lockouts, official interventions, energy and raw material shortages, transport bottlenecks, operational disruptions, e.g.by fire, water, machine damage and lightning, as well as all other disturbances, such asDelivery delays by product suppliers that koompliments.ch could not foresee and was not responsible for.
koompliments.ch will inform you by email in case of a delayHowever, this cannot under any circumstances entitle you to a refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveriesIn the event of a partial delivery by us, we will endeavour to dispatch the remainder of the order as quickly as possible and free of charge.
Delayed delivery
If delivery is not made within 30 days after the expiry of the delivery period stated in the detailed description, you have the right to terminate the contract.
Returns
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch up to 14 days after receiptThe goods must be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt.
When returning orders, the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless koompliments.ch is at faultThis also applies to cancellations before the goods have arrived at your location, if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the shipment (CHF 9.90 for shipments abroad)Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective goods or incorrect order
Please check the delivery as soon as possible.
If the delivered product does not correspond to the ordered product, if the delivered product is faulty (e.g.defective, where the error was not caused by you) or if the delivery is incomplete, you must inform koompliments.ch by email within the next 2 working daysYou must inform us whether you wish to withdraw from the contract or request a subsequent delivery.
You must then return the delivered product in its original packaging within 30 working daysYou will receive appropriate instructions and support from our customer service.
If you withdraw from the contract, the entire purchase price will be refunded Refunds will be made using the same payment method (gift cards used for payment will also be refunded using the same gift card). Gift cards are non-refundable.
The prices
All sales prices are in Swiss francs and already include VATThe shipping costs and any fees incurred during the payment process are calculated separately and shown in detail in the order overview.

If you pay by e-banking, the goods will be delivered as soon as we receive the moneyYour payment must reach us within 5 daysAfter this period, your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to the warehouse.
Payment via PayPal payment service:The general terms and conditions of PayPal apply.
Limitation of liability
It is expressly agreed that your legal remedies in the event of poor performance or non-performance are limited to the right of cancellation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to the claims under these Terms and Conditions and that any further liability, obligation to pay damages or other claims against koompliments.ch are excluded to the extent that such exclusion is legally permissible.
Retention of title

Performance changes and technical errors
koompliments.ch reserves the right to change, restrict or discontinue the scope and functionality of www.koompliments.ch at any time.
Although koompliments.ch strives to ensure maximum availability, it cannot be ruled out that www.koompliments.ch may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work.In isolated cases, this may also result in data loss.
