General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the use of koompliments.ch and all related legal relationships.

Delivery time:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: usually up to 3 working days. Rest of Europe: usually 3-14 working days (after receipt of payment).

For some items that are temporarily out of stock, delivery may take up to 14 days.

Shipping costs Switzerland, Liechtenstein
Free from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.

Rest of the world:
Otherwise CHF 7.90.

Please note that customs duties and other costs may apply to shipments abroad. We are not responsible for these costs and they are borne by the buyer.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery cannot be made during normal business hours, koompliments.ch assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the product. We reserve the right to terminate the contract if delivery fails twice. In this case, any payments you have already made will be refunded, less the shipping costs incurred.

Koompliments.ch assumes no liability for theft, loss or any damage to a parcel after proper dispatch.

In the event of force majeure, the delivery period is extended accordingly. Force majeure includes in particular pandemics, strikes, lockouts, official interventions, energy and raw material shortages, transport bottlenecks, operational disruptions, e.g. due to fire, water, machine damage and lightning, as well as all other disruptions, such as delivery delays by product suppliers, which koompliments.ch could not foresee and is not responsible for.

koompliments.ch will inform you by email in the event of a delay. However, this does not under any circumstances entitle you to a refund or compensation.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of a partial delivery by us, we will endeavour to dispatch the remainder of the order as quickly as possible and free of shipping costs.

Delayed delivery

If delivery is not made within 30 days after the expiry of the delivery period stated in the detailed description, you have the right to terminate the contract.

Returns

You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch up to 14 days after receipt. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and complete within this period.

Returns from Switzerland: The customer bears the return shipping costs. Shipping costs of CHF 4.90 or CHF 7.90 are deducted from the refund.

Returns from other European countries: We provide a prepaid return label. A one-off flat fee of CHF 19.00 is deducted from the refund amount; no further shipping cost deductions apply.

If the return is due to an error on the part of koompliments.ch, we cover the cost of the return shipment and no deductions apply.

Defective goods or incorrect order

Please check the delivery as soon as possible.

If the delivered product does not correspond to the product ordered, if the delivered product is faulty (e.g. defective, where the fault was not caused by you) or if the delivery is incomplete, you must inform koompliments.ch by email within the next 2 working days. You must tell us whether you wish to withdraw from the contract or would like a replacement delivery.

You must then return the delivered product in its original packaging within 30 working days. You will receive appropriate instructions and support from our customer service.

If you withdraw from the contract, the full purchase price will be refunded. The refund is made using the same payment method (gift cards used for payment are also refunded to the same gift card). Gift cards are non-refundable.

Prices

All sales prices are stated in Swiss francs and already include VAT. Shipping costs and any fees incurred during the payment process are calculated separately and shown exactly in the order summary.

Payment methods

Before you complete the order process, you can choose the payment method. The payment options are listed on the homepage.

If you pay by e-banking, the goods will be delivered as soon as we have received the money. Your payment must reach us within 5 days. After this period, your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to stock.

Payment via PayPal: the general terms and conditions of PayPal apply.

Limitation of liability

It is expressly agreed that your legal remedies in the event of defective performance or non-performance are limited to the right of withdrawal under these GTC and to the claims under these GTC, and that any further liability, obligation to pay damages or other claims against koompliments.ch are excluded to the extent that such exclusion is legally permissible.

Retention of title

Ownership of the products passes to you only after full payment of the purchase price. koompliments.ch has the right to have a corresponding reservation entered in the relevant retention of title register. By confirming these General Terms and Conditions, you consent to the registration of such a retention of title in all essential points. You are also obliged to confirm to koompliments.ch in writing, on first request, that you agree in all essential points to the registration of the retention of title (Art. 4 para. 4 of the Federal Supreme Court Ordinance on the registration of retention of title). You are not entitled to resell a product until the corresponding purchase price has been paid in full.

Changes to services and technical errors

koompliments.ch reserves the right to change, restrict or discontinue the scope and functionality of www.koompliments.ch at any time.

Although koompliments.ch strives for maximum availability, it cannot be ruled out that www.koompliments.ch may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work. In isolated cases, this may also result in data loss.

Data protection

You will be informed in detail in the data protection provisions about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use by koompliments.ch of the personal data required to carry out orders.

koompliments.ch may amend these GTC at any time, for example to implement legal requirements or to take account of functional changes.
