Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch within 14 days of receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and in full within 14 days of receipt.

For returns of orders, the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, provided that koompliments.ch is not at fault. This also applies to cancellations before the goods have arrived with you, if the delivery can no longer be stopped.

For a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the shipment in all cases (CHF 7.90 for shipments abroad). Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method (gift cards used for payment will also be refunded to the same gift card). Gift cards are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on the part of koompliments.ch, the amount previously charged will be credited back to the payment method used when placing the order. In such cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipment.
