Returns and refunds

You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch up to 14 days after receipt. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and complete within this period.

Returns from Switzerland

For returns from Switzerland, the customer bears the return shipping costs. The existing shipping cost deductions of CHF 4.90 or CHF 7.90 continue to apply. The international flat fee of CHF 19.00 does not apply to Switzerland.

Returns from other European countries

KOOMPLIMENTS provides you with a prepaid return label to download and print. For a regular return from a European country outside Switzerland, a one-off flat fee of CHF 19.00 is deducted from the refund amount. This flat fee covers the return using the label we provide. You do not have to pay any additional return postage. For these international returns, the previous shipping cost deductions of CHF 4.90 or CHF 7.90 do not apply.

The refund is made using the same payment method (gift cards used for payment are also refunded to the same gift card). Gift cards are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on the part of koompliments.ch, the amount previously charged will be credited to the payment method used for the order. In such cases, we cover the cost of the return shipment; the CHF 19.00 flat fee does not apply.
