What is the best way to take care of my jewelry??
There are different possibilities depending on the material of the jewelry. However, some general tips are: avoid contact with water, perfume or lotions when wearing jewelry and clean them regularly with a soft cloth.
We strongly recommend removing jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming as water and chemicals (especially chlorine) can reduce the durability of the metal and promote discoloration or dull colors. Always apply moisturizer, makeup, hairspray, and perfume before putting on jewelry as the chemicals in it can spoil its beauty and shine. Take off jewelry when cleaning house or doing sports or other strenuous activities to avoid scratches or damage from strong impact. Extreme temperatures and strong UV rays can cause stones to fade in color and spoil their original beauty, so avoid storing jewelry in direct sunlight and removing them when sunbathing. If you are unsure about other materials in your jewelry, use warm water and non-soap soap as this will work for anything.
How should I store my jewelry?
Be sure to store your jewelry separately so it doesn't get tangled, damaged, or scratched with other pieces. If possible, keep your jewelry in its original packaging or wrap it in acid-free tissue paper and place it in a sturdy jewelry box or airtight container.
Does the jewelry have a guarantee??
Yes, for 2 years, but you can always contact us if your jewelry has lost its lustrous color or has become tarnished and needs cleaning. Just send us one e-mail and send us a photo of the product.
How can I wrap a piece of jewelery as a gift?
You can mark the gift box (or leave a note in the comments) and we will include a free gift bag and ribbon.
How big are the necklaces?
The measurements are included in the descriptions of each necklace as we have several models with different sizes. All necklaces are equipped with an adjustable chain (between 3 - 5 cm) that you can adjust as you like.
You can consult this information by going to each necklace, in particular by reading the product description to know the specific size of that necklace. If you want a different size for a specific necklace, llet us know, and we will give you a solution.
How can I determine my ring size?

Can I buy by phone??
We currently do not offer telephone support, but you are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp on +41 79 617 87 58, Contact form or by e-mail contact us and we can create a preliminary order and send you a summary link of your order with a payment button.
How can I be sure that I made my purchase correctly?
Once you have entered your payment method, you will see a purchase confirmation with a summary of your order and you will also receive an email confirmation.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't currently have a physical store, but follow us on social media and subscribe to the newsletter to keep up to date with pop-up events in Switzerland.
Is a product "Sold Out" or Out of Stock This means that we currently have no more of that product in stock and it is sold out. If you prefer, you can enter your email address in the product to be notified when it becomes available again. If the product can still be found on the website, we will put it back in stock..
PAYMENT
Can I pay by invoice??
We don't offer this payment method (unless you have already made at least one purchase), but you can make your purchase using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay and Twint.
Offer returns or exchanges?
Naturally! You have 15 days to return an item, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchange, however, the shipping cost of the new product is free.

We ship worldwide!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you place your order. If you are in Switzerland you can get it next day or up to 3 days, and in Germany, France, UK or Italy the shipping time is around 10 days. If it goes to the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 15 days.
A NOTICE: All delivery times start from the shipping date (you will receive a notification email).
Can I track the status of my order??
Yes, thanks to the shipping notification email where you will find the link with the order tracking information.
