I am Mohamed, 41 years old, a jewelry craftsman from Niger. I have been creating jewelry pieces from the Tuareg culture since I was 15 years old. Even as a small child, I always wanted to help my father in making these unique pieces of jewelry. However, he was determined that I finish school and graduate. When the time came and I was able, or rather allowed, to help my father, I sat next to him every day and closely observed what he was doing and how he worked. He taught me everything about making jewelry, and step by step, I became a true professional like him. Eventually, I was able to pass these techniques on to my younger brothers. Since my father is already 75 years old, I have taken over the workshop with my brothers, uncle, and other acquaintances, both women and men, and it brings me great joy every day to be able to grind, polish, process silver, ebony, and other materials with my 8-member team and create unique pieces of jewelry.

Sie haben das Recht, eine Bestellung bis zu 14 Tagen nach Erhalt an koompliments.ch zurückzusenden. Die Ware muss also innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt unbeschädigt und vollständig an uns zurückgeschickt werden.
Bei Rücksendungen von Bestellungen gehen die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung zu Lasten des Kunden, sofern kein Verschulden von koompliments.ch besteht. Dies gilt ebenfalls bei Stornierungen bevor die Ware bei Ihnen angekommen ist, wenn die Lieferung nicht mehr gestoppt werden kann.
Bei einer Retoure werden in jedem Fall CHF 4.90 für die Sendung von der Gesamtrückerstattung abgezogen (CHF 7.90 bei Sendungen ins Ausland). Daher sind die Versandkosten nicht erstattungsfähig.
