Measure the diameter of your wrist with a tape measure. If you know the cm number, add 1 cm more and then choose the size from the list.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions for redemption on the online boutique www.koompliments.ch . In addition, you can add a personalized text to the gift card in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Important:There are no additional processing fees for our gift cards.
Shipping
Delivery time:
Our jewelry is usually delivered within 3 working days . For certain items that are no longer in stock at short notice, it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.
INTERNATIONAL shipping costs:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100.00. Otherwise EUR 9.50.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch within 14 days of receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt.
For returns of orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault of koompliments.ch. This also applies to cancellations made before the goods have arrived if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the return shipment (CHF 7.90 for international shipments). Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method (gift cards used for payment will also be refunded to the same gift card). Gift cards are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error by koompliments.ch, the previously charged amount will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
