«I'm Mohamed, 41 years old, jewelry artisan from Niger. I have been posing and creating jewelry from the Tuareg culture since I was 15 years old. Ever since I was a small child, I always wanted to help my father create these unique pieces of jewellery. But he really wanted me to finish school and graduate. When the time came and I was able, or rather allowed, to help my father, I sat next to him every day and observed exactly what he was doing and how he worked. He explained everything about making jewelry to me and step by step I became a true professional like him. I was finally able to pass these techniques on to my smaller brothers. Since my father is already 75 years old, I took over the workshop with my brothers, uncles and other acquaintances, women and men, and it gives me great pleasure every day to grind silver, ebony and other materials with my 8-strong team. to be able to polish, process and create a unique piece of jewellery.»

Our jewelry is usually delivered within 3 working days . For certain items that are no longer in stock at short notice, it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.
INTERNATIONAL shipping costs:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100.00. Otherwise EUR 9.50.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch within 14 days of receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt.
For returns of orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault of koompliments.ch. This also applies to cancellations made before the goods have arrived if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the return shipment (CHF 7.90 for international shipments). Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
