Our jewelry is usually delivered within 3 working days . For certain items that are no longer in stock at short notice, it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.
INTERNATIONAL shipping costs:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100.00. Otherwise EUR 9.50.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch up to 14 days after receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt .
For returned orders, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless koompliments.ch is at fault. This also applies to cancellations before the goods have arrived with you if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 for the shipment will be deducted from the total refund in all cases (CHF 7.90 for shipments abroad). Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
