«I am Mohamed, 41 years old, a jewelry artisan from Niger. I have been making and creating jewelry pieces from Tuareg culture since I was 15 years old. As a small child, I always wanted to help my father make these unique pieces of jewelry. But he was determined that I finish school and get my diploma. When the time came and I could help my father—or rather, was allowed to help him—I sat next to him every day and watched closely what he did and how he worked. He explained everything to me about making jewelry, and step by step I became a true professional like him. In the end, I was able to pass these techniques on to my younger brothers. Delivery time:
Our jewelry is usually delivered within 3 working days . For certain items that are no longer in stock at short notice, it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.
INTERNATIONAL shipping costs:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100.00. Otherwise EUR 9.50.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch within 14 days of receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt.
For returns of orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault of koompliments.ch. This also applies to cancellations made before the goods have arrived if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the return shipment (CHF 7.90 for international shipments). Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
