«Ich bin Mohamed, 41 Jahre alt, Schmuckhandwerker aus dem Niger. Ich stelle und kreiere Schmuckstücke aus der Tuareg-Kultur, seit ich 15 Jahre alt bin. Schon als kleines Kind wollte ich ständig meinem Vater helfen beim Herstellen dieser einzigartigen Schmuckstücke. Er wollte aber unbedingt, dass ich die Schule zu Ende bringe und meinen Abschluss mache. Als es so weit war und ich meinem Vater helfen konnte oder besser gesagt durfte, habe ich mich jeden Tag neben ihm gesessen und genau beobachtet was er macht und wie er arbeitet. Er hat mir alles über das Herstellen von Schmuck erklärt und Schritt für Schritt wurde ich wie er zu einem echten Profi. Diese Techniken konnte ich schliesslich meinen kleineren Brüdern weitergeben. Da mein Vater bereits 75 Jahre alt ist habe ich die Werkstatt mit meinen Brüdern, Onkel und weiteren Bekannten, Frauen sowie Männer, übernommen und es macht mir jeden Tag eine grosse Freude mit meinem 8-köpfigen Team Silber, Ebenholz und weitere Materialien zu schleifen, polieren, bearbeiten und zu einem einzigartigen Schmuckstück herstellen zu können.»

Our jewelry is usually delivered within 3 working days . For certain items that are no longer in stock at short notice, it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 69.00. Otherwise CHF 4.90.
INTERNATIONAL shipping costs:
Free of charge from a minimum order value of CHF 100.00. Otherwise EUR 9.50.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return an order to koompliments.ch within 14 days of receipt. The goods must therefore be returned to us undamaged and complete within 14 days of receipt.
For returns of orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault of koompliments.ch. This also applies to cancellations made before the goods have arrived if the delivery can no longer be stopped.
In the event of a return, CHF 4.90 will be deducted from the total refund for the return shipment (CHF 7.90 for international shipments). Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
